Return Policy

You do not have to cancel orders that have not yet been paid. Has your order already been paid and do you want to cancel it? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent.

Are you too late to cancel and your order has already been shipped? Then you can refuse the package upon delivery. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund the full purchase amount after receipt of the return shipment. We will also refund the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it back unopened).

We always do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our products and to pack and ship them properly. If you nevertheless received broken or damaged products, we use a "money back" guarantee. You will then receive the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, back. Please contact our customer service directly for this.

Cooling off period
If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you can return them to us without giving any reason. You can indicate this to us up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You then have another 14 days to return the products to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Always contact us first if you want to return something! We will then email you further instructions. Only returns that have been registered with us will actually be taken back.

o All products must be unused, complete, clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return retour
o We cannot take back products that have already been used.
o We prefer to receive the product that you want to return in the original, undamaged packaging as much as possible
o Make sure you pack fragile products well: we cannot be held responsible for the return shipment and the condition in which we receive the products.
o Frank your return shipment sufficiently. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unstamped documents.

If you make use of the cooling-off period, you pay the costs that you have incurred to return the package to us.
